Reviewing economics curriculum of Indian universities to build foundation for further research into the limitations of the current economics curricula in India, and how they might be reformed.
Project Pluralist Resources
Building an open-source repository to support students and scholars in learning pluralist economics and interdisciplinary perspectives.
Diversity in the Indian Economic Academia
Understanding the state of gender and caste-based diversity and representation, and exploring the biases at play within the Indian academic ecosystem of economics.
Rethinking Economics for the Global South
Creating a transnational alliance of stakeholders, to facilitate the expansion of new economic thinking, while focusing on the unique challenges facing the Global South.
RE India Reading Circle
Meeting fortnightly to discuss readings from Pluralist and Heterodox Economics and also read other interdisciplinary work to expand the discourse on Economics discipline beyond the mainstream hegemony.
REIN Annual Event
The aim of the annual event is to build a platform for multiple stakeholders within the space of new economic thinking to convene, deliberate, and collectively reimagine a new kind of economics for India.
